The Furla Online Shop wishes to guarantee maximum satisfaction in terms of purchasing experience and quality. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please return the item to us within 14 days of delivery.

We will accept the return of items in unused condition, with original tags attached and all other components included. It takes 5-7 business days to process your return. Credit for all eligible items will be refunded back to the original form of payment.

Items labeled “ALL SALES FINAL” at checkout cannot be returned or exchanged. No refunds or credits will be given, except if the item is defective, provided that the item was not used or damaged after purchase. Please note that “ALL SALES FINAL” messaging will appear at checkout in your shopping bag under the product name.

To return goods, click here; please ensure to use the e-mail address with which you have created your My Furla profile and the 12-digit order number beginning with SFCUS (for instance SFCUS0012345) for which you would like to request a return.

Once you have successfully completed the request, you will receive an e-mail with a pre-paid return label in attachment. Kindly print out the generated label and affix to the returning package.

You may drop off the package at your nearest UPS access point or schedule a pickup online at ups.com or by calling 1-800-PICK-UPS® (1-800-742-5877). We suggest you take note of the tracking number through which you can follow the shipment.

 

Merchandise returned to Furla.com will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt. We will accept the return of items in unused condition, with original tags attached and all other components included. Credit for all eligible items will be refunded back to the original form of payment. A confirmation email will be sent once your account has been refunded. 

Items purchased online cannot be returned to a Furla store.

Furla does not accept returns or exchanges for merchandise purchased from other retailers.

Furla.com cannot accommodate exchanges at this time. You will need to return the item and place a new order.

Items marked ALL SALES FINAL upon checkout are not eligible for return.

Gift items purchased on Furla.com may be returned. However, refunds may only be issued to the same credit card used for original payment.

Furla reserves the right to modify its return policy at any time.
